Volunteer Application

This is application is for Volunteer Client Advisors, Phone Volunteers, and Ambassadors (volunteers giving educational presentations).

Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with End of Life Washington. 

At this time we are primarily looking for Volunteer Client Advisors in Pierce, Pacific, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Skamania, and Klickitat counties. Applications from other areas will be considered on a case by case basis. We are particularly interested in volunteers who live outside of major metropolitan areas and/or who are willing to regularly drive 2+ hours.
