There is never a fee for our services.
End of Life Washington provides client services to those who are facing the end of life and desire a peaceful death.
- End of Life Washington can help you manage some of the most intimate and important decisions you will ever make.
- Our Client Support Volunteers help patients explore their options for end of life. We will also provide support and guidance to qualifying terminally-ill individuals seeking to use the Washington Death with Dignity Law.
We encourage patients to contact End of Life Washington in the early stages of illness. This gives our volunteers time to establish a relationship and to discuss all of the important questions surrounding your end-of-life choices. A Client Support Volunteer can come to your home and talk with you at your convenience. All End of Life Washington services are free of charge.
- Request our services by completing the Death with Dignity Support Request Form under “Contact Us” or call 206.256.1636 during our regular business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM). Please note that messages left outside of regular business hours will be returned at the beginning of our next business day.
Note: End of Life Washington does not provide or administer life-ending medication. We offer information, support, and, if requested, personal presence at the death of a qualified client.
