End of Life Washington helps patients and families with some of the most important decisions they will ever make.
With your help, End of Life Washington educates the public, builds partnerships with health care providers, advocates for patients’ rights, and provides services and resources — free of charge — to incurably and terminally ill patients and their loved ones.
We are the only organization in the State of Washington that upholds the rights of qualified terminally ill adults to use Washington’s Death with Dignity Act.

You can give a monthly pledged gift to End of Life Washington.
Many of our supporters like the ease of pledging and find they can give more generously by spreading their gift throughout the year. You can easily set an amount to be charged to your credit card each month, and you will receive an annual tax receipt for the total amount given.

Employee Giving Programs
Employers are making it easier for philanthropy to be part of daily life by offering employee giving programs.
End of Life Washington participates in several employee giving programs, including the Washington State Combined Fund Drive (0316183), the King County Employee Giving Program (9161), and the City of Seattle Combined Charities program.You can also designate your United Way contribution to End of Life Washington.
