Support freedom of choice at the end of life

Welcome to End of Life WA

Our mission is to guide people in preparing for the final days of their lives.  Those who are terminally ill and wish to use the Washington Death with Dignity Act can count on our volunteers to provide compassionate support throughout the entire process.  We also provide support to physicians who wish to participate in the Death with Dignity Act for their patients.

We promote advance planning and envision a day when all Washington residents will make informed decisions so they may experience peaceful deaths consistent with their values.

We Need You.

Donate to End of Life Washington

With your help, End of Life Washington educates the public, builds partnerships with health care providers, advocates for patients’ rights, and provides services and resources — free of charge — but only with your support.

We Are Inclusive

End of Life Washington (EOLWA) honors and accepts people of all races, ethnicity, culture, gender identification, religion, disabilities, age, sexual orientation and nationality. We work openly and without detriment to support volunteers, staff and clients, without regard to their beliefs or backgrounds.

EOLWA’s core values encourage an environment of open-mindedness within the organization and in our interaction with clients, hospices and the medical community.
